What's Being Proposed
The proposed development would replace the Seabright Plaza with a six-story high-density living facility of up to 281 units with essentially zero parking.
The plaza is home to several businesses and workers treasured by our community. If the project is approved, those businesses could be forced out and the corner at Seabright and Soquel would change forever.
